superb location rooftop terrace spacious room helpful staff

the location was superb, just moments from piazza navona. the rooftop terrace had a great view, a lovely place to start the day with breakfast. my room was clean and spacious. i found the staff friendly and very helpful, they even helped me with directions more than once.

The lift seemed a little dated, it could possibly use an update. It looked like it was from the 1940s.

the staff were very friendly and ready to help. the hotel location is amazing. it is very close to the piazza navona, castel sant'angelo, and many other spots.

Our room had no soundproofing. the first answer was that we booked a room with a view. the explanation of the noise was not valid. Instead, we were offered a room transfer.

central location nice size bathroom rooftop view weak air conditioning hard pillow minimal toiletries

the hotel is centrally located in the city making it easy to walk to major attractions. my bathroom was a nice size it included an elevator that helped move luggage. breakfast was on the fifth floor and had lovely rooftop views.

the air conditioning was not strong. it did not effectively cool the room during the hotter months. the pillows were very hard i also noticed a minimal supply of toiletries.
